Brand new cozy 3 BR House w/ Full kitchen, large living room, 2 full baths & a game room + adult & kid bikes. Direct access to nice local Park w paved trail play structures & events. Enjoy our cozy hot tub, new grill for outdoor cooking, gas fire pit & outdoor seating! We are located only 10 min from Mayfield & Riffe Lake to swim, fish & kayak. Bring swimsuits & life vests! We have Kayaks & Paddle boards to rent. Close to town w Pizza, Mexican Food, Burgers, Chinese, grocery & Coffee shop! The space This is a spacious newly constructed house with 9 ft ceilings, carpeted rooms with large windows to let light in. The main bedroom has a King bed with beautiful bedding and decor. This room has its own bathroom as well. We have placed a smart tv on the wall in front of the bed for your enjoyment too! The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with great bedding, decor, full closet, and an assortment of new books, toys, and games in the suitcases for entertainment. The 3rd bedroom has a wonderful queen bed with lovely soft bedding, 2 large windows, an accent chair, and full closet! The kitchen is open and fresh with White cabinets, a chefs island with 3 barstools plus 2 mpre available for a large crowd. This also has a wood chopping block too for baking or food prep! The open dining area is just next to the kitchen and has a large wood round table with 8 chairs available. A 72" TV is the focus of the livingroom and is surrounded by 2 orange accent chairs, tables, and a large comfy gray pullout sofa for extra sleeping! In the laundry room off the livingroom is a brand new washer and dryer for your use along with pods. Our hot tub is located in the backyard under a gazebo and next to a Propane firepit with several chairs to sit around and enjoy some ghost stories and smores. Enjoy some toys in the twin bed room in the brown suitcases! Guest access The entire house and yard is for you to enjoy along with the amenities provided. The access to the park is located through the wood gate and then through the chain link gate access. This park is well maintained and for public use. Please be courteous and pick up after your pets as many kids play here. Other things to note Please follow our house rules. Hot tub rules are posted next to steps on hot tub. Please read. No alcohol or glass bottles in hot tub. A $300 non refundable fee will be charged to the card on file if bodily fluids of any kind are found in the hottub after departure.
